Our History

Paul Chaston Commercial Properties was set up in 2005 by Paul Chaston.

After studying geography at Hertford College, Oxford, Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987 whilst working with Prudential Property Services.

He moved to Oxford in 1987 to join Chesterton and in 1991 formed Marriotts where he headed the Management and Agency departments before setting up PCCP in 2005.

Paul retired in September 2023, with his wife Elaine, that ran the accounts team; but both continue to provide consultancy advice and support, especially around the properties that have been managed for many years, by the practice.
