Debs has over 30 years of experience as a chartered surveyor, with a career spanning different sectors of the property industry, including commercial real estate, property development, and property management. She worked in large London practices for over 10 years, including St Quintin & Hillier Parker and more niche practices, including George Trollope & Sons, Fresson & Tee, and Wadham & Isherwood. More recently, she has contributed her expertise in property development, project managing London residential developments.
Debs lives with her husband and two children and is actively engaged in her local community. Outside of work, Debs is a keen sailor and volunteers at her local sailing club, combining her love for the water and nature with her interest in helping the community. She enjoys gardening and spending time in the outdoors, meeting up with friends, and going on long country walks.
