Derby is a Junior Property Surveyor managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
In this role, Derby is responsible for site inspections and assessments, coordinating with contractors to ensure successful project execution, liaising with stakeholders, and producing comprehensive reports.
The foundation of Derby’s passion for real estate was laid during an LLB Law degree (Honours) at the University of Derby. This interest deepened during the LPC at the National College of Legal Training, with a focus on Advanced Real Estate Law & Practice, alongside Advanced Criminal Law and Practice, and Commercial Law & Practice.
