Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Property Management, Investment, Regeneration and Development. He worked for 15 years in London for large national practices including Cushman & Wakefield (then DTZ), Chestertons and niche investment practice Joiner Cummings.
He upped sticks to Oxfordshire over a decade ago to asset manage Oxford City Council’s commercial property portfolio. After which, he provided strategic property advice for HNI’s commercial portfolios. Outside work, Nick loves village life and country pursuits. He is an avid fan of Harlequins RUFC and a fair-weather fan of golf and tennis, playing at Tadmarton and the village tennis club when the weather is fine! He enjoys a challenge and is currently training for the Blenheim Triathlon. He is a keen cook and loves entertaining friends and family at home, with his wife and daughter.
